It all starts with finding what works for YOU

One thing I repeat a lot in class is that we are all different meaning that what works for me might not work for you. But above all, our body and mind are not in the same place every single day, we evolve, we face external demand, we live! And our practice does not have to suffer from this but simply reflect it. A routine starts with consistency and only becomes a habit when you know what works for your body.

This series will help you identify what and when you like to practice so you can practice yoga every day and build a self-care routine without the hassle. Test the flows, see what works, then challenge it, try it differently, be curious without any other expectations than exploring and having fun.

Yoga is what you need it to be, so that you can fill your cup every day with something that will meet you where you are. A flow designed for your energy levels. A flow which will give your body what it needs and your mind what it can handle.

Finding your self-care journey takes time but when you do the tools it’s there for life. And I am here to give you those tools.
